- A company that supplies and services laboratory and analytical equipment requires a Junior Service and Repair Technician to join their team. Key duties include but are not limited to: mechanical and electronic repairs of laboratory equipment; calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment; verifying readiness to install and provide post-sale support for laboratory equipment prior to confirming a sales order; collaborating with the Aftersales administrator to prioritize and resolve customer queries; conducting scheduled preventive servicing of laboratory equipment.
- Key Requirements:

- Relevant tertiary education. Knowledge of basic functions of commonly used laboratory equipment. Electronics and refrigeration experience. Repairs and Maintenance experience. Ability to understand and follow instructions of a technical nature. Ability to work independently and make technical decisions based on professional knowledge and experience. Strong problem-solving skills.
- Additional Requirements:

- Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, Word). Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Deadline driven. Good time management and multi-tasking skills. Willingness to take initiative. Positive, customer-centric attitude
