Quality assurance administrators create and manage the documentation for the quality management system of the organization, ensuring compliance with requirements of international standards and aviation law. Their job is to collect and analyse data and create metrics to measure the results and efficiency of procedures.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Investigate quality deficiencies in planning, production, procurement, and services and establish coordinated corrective actions.
- Development of quality measurement planning for new products.
- Identification of suitable gauging for new components.
- Conduct capability studies.
- Implementation of 5S improvement programmes
- Drive continuous improvement in areas of responsibility.
- Investigate customer complaints with a structured problem-solving approach.
- Manage calibration process.
- Issue, follow up and, verify corrective actions (internal, customer and, supplier)
- Implement Quality programmes with an emphasis on the prevention of quality failures, reworks, and reduction in scrap.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- National Diploma in Engineering or Quality Engineering.
- Ability to read and understand Mechanical drawings, GD&T, Specifications, Capability studies and SPC.
- Must be familiar with and able to use Measuring Instruments and High precision electronic measuring equipment (Smartscope, 3D CMM etc).
- Knowledge of QC and internal system auditing (ISO9001 and ISO19011).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
- Knowledge and understanding of products manufactured and technologies employed
