Tigonthrive Consulting is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. The Quality Assurance Associate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our HR consulting services. This role is remote with the potential for occasional travel for team meetings and client interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR processes and documents to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and best practices.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of quality assurance systems.
- Identify areas for improvement and work with relevant teams to develop solutions.
- Assist in the training and development of staff on quality assurance standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of services.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of quality assurance activities and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within HR or a consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software.
