Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact technology programs, with an initial focus on Phase 2 of our NetSuite ERP and Kyriba projects. This role will oversee multiple project managers, technical and functional resources, and implementation partners, ensuring successful delivery of system integrations and enhancements across core and upstream systems via our Gravitee middleware (API Gateway). The Program Manager will be responsible for executive-level status reporting, hosting steering committees, and managing all aspects of program governance, scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional technology programs from initiation to completion, with primary responsibility for NetSuite ERP Phase 2 and all related integrations.
- Oversee project managers, functional and technical resources, and vendor/implementation partners to ensure alignment, collaboration, and timely delivery.
- Establish and maintain program governance, including charters, RACI matrices, and program plans.
- Host steering committee (SteerCo) meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to executive stakeholders.
- Provide concise, executive-level status updates and presentations for senior leadership.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations in alignment with organizational priorities.
- Monitor program risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure delivery within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure compliance with SOx and other relevant internal controls throughout program execution.
- Drive standard program management practices, documentation, and reporting to support transparency and accountability.
- Foster a collaborative, results-oriented environment that encourages innovation, problem-solving, and cross-functional teamwork.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive project/program management experience, including managing large-scale ERP and financial system implementations.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stream programs with cross-functional teams and multiple vendor partners.
- Proven experience working in SOx-compliant environments, ensuring program delivery meets audit and control requirements.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Experience with API integrations and middleware platforms.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
- PMP, PgMP, or other program/project management certification.
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
- Experience operating within the Agile framework is considered an asset.
