**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.

Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and address concerns.

Customer Service:
Ensure an outstanding customer experience by maintaining high service standards.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.

Monitor and evaluate service quality, implementing improvements as needed.

Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient communication and coordination between front and back of house.

Manage inventory of front-of-house supplies and place orders as needed.

Scheduling and Staffing:
Develop and maintain staff schedules, taking into consideration peak business hours and special events.

Coordinate staff assignments and breaks to optimize efficiency and customer service.

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new front-of-house team members.

Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Conduct regular inspections of the front-of-house area to identify and address potential safety hazards.

Keep updated on relevant industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and scheduling software.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.

Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a restaurant or similar setting.
