We are looking for a FOH Manager who is proficient in all aspects of Front of House management. You will oversee service of guests and management of FOH staff to maintain control of the FOH to the highest service standards.

Coco Safar a growing restaurant/cafe brand with three stores in Cape Town and one opening shortly in Johannesburg. We firmly believe that the route to creating a sublime experience is having the most talented, amiable, and passionate team, who have the ability to produce resplendent, decadent, consistent food and provide distinctive, exemplary, consistent service.

**Experience**

We require a manager who has substantial experience in a high end restaurant or cafe of at least 1 year in a reputable establishment. Time spent as a manager should be at least 1 year. Your ability to understand and know the values and processes of creating a spectacular food and beverage experience is paramount.

Some BOH and administrative experience is preferred.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Setting service standards and training of FOH supervisors, waiters, bartenders and hostesses.
- Being ever present in the guest service spaces.
- Meeting and greeting of guests.
- Consistent guest interaction.
- Assisting the FOH staff to ensure a smooth service.
- Rostering of staff.
- Assisting in conducting pre service meetings.
- Establish and maintain healthy communication between the kitchen and FOH.
- Assisting colleagues wherever needed.
- Cash up
- Stock Control
- Following and maintaining SOP’s
