**Key responsibilities include:
- **Talent Practices**:

- Provide professional expertise in leading the design, development and project management of global scalable talent practices - how associates best receive feedback on their work; how leaders identify and align on critical talent to retain; how best to capture development and retention plans for critical talent; how we track critical talent development plans; how associates are put forward for promotion; how leaders align and calibrate on performance for their teams and how this all ties into our pay for performance culture and reward strategies.
- Offer guidance and advice to stakeholders regarding the Group's performance management framework and strategy, ensuring consistency and alignment throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with HR Information Solutions to design talent management processes that aligns to the associate journey (e.g., performance management, development planning, succession planning, workforce planning, and talent marketplace).
- Manage/coordinate the delivery of annual cycles, working closely with other Subject Matter Experts (Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Communication and HRBPs to ensure effective delivery.
- Analyze talent data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Creates a contemporary succession planning process that ensures both leaders and potential leaders can successfully transition to new roles while minimizing impact on the organization.
- Keep a lens of fairness and ways to mitigate unconscious bias within the talent decisions - who are leaders putting forward for promotion? What criteria are they using to align on top talent? How are we ensuring we aren’t missing someone?
- Design and facilitate training for Leaders and the HR Business Partner group to ensure they are ready to coach and facilitate the talent practices.
- Onboard new leaders and employees on performance and talent practices.
- **Career Development**:

- Provide thought leadership and execution to expand our skills and talent marketplace strategy, helping associates and our business future-proof ourselves in this ever-changing world.
- Create in partnership with Talent Acquisition processes that enable internal talent pools allowing for easy succession decisions, access to global talent for projects, assignments/ roles.
- Lead architecting of career paths and skill mapping to roles to help employees see a clear career path.
- Connecting career paths to learning and development expereinces that enable on-the-job growth and development.
- Support the expansion of succession planning and leadership competency to build a deep and diverse pipeline of future leaders and ensure teams have the talent needed to achieve goals.
- Leverage aggregated talent and insights that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.

**Impact You'll Make**:
**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent experience in HR/ Industrial Psychology
- Minimum 3 years of developing and implementing talent and learning practices and/or organization development solutions (from ideation through implementation and analysis)
- Demonstrated knowledge of leveraging talent systems to support talent practices. Workday experience is preferred.
- Experience in large, matrixed and multinational global organizations is preferred.
