Retail Assistant Manager Required for a Medical

With 25 retail branches nationwide and exciting plans for further expansion, we are on the lookout for confident and highly motivated individuals who have a genuine passion for sales If you have at least one year of experience in cold calling, call centre operations, lead generation, or any commission-based sales environment where you’ve met targets, we want to hear from you

**Requirements**:

- Age: 26+
- Computer literate
- Preferably with retail or sales experience
- Proficient in spoken, written, and reading English and Afrikaans

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct promotional work and achieve targets set by management
- Follow up on leads generated and book appointments
- Assist with retail operations as needed
- Participate in lab work (training will be provided)
- Sell retail peripherals and engage in additional selling at the retail outlet, depending on the branch

Experience/Qualifications:

- Comfortable interacting with people and possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong sales and negotiation skills
- Driven to exceed a basic salary
- Managerial skills are a plus
- Must be computer literate
- Reliable transport to the required branch; a driver’s license or vehicle is an advantage
- Mobile phone required
- Well-presented

Work Schedule:

- Mondays to Fridays and every alternate Saturday (midday)

Compensation:

- Basic salary ranging from R10,000 to R15,000, depending on experience and assessment, with excellent commission earning potential of R10,000 to R50,000+ (Write your own cheque)

Please Note: A three-month probation period applies to the selected applicant.

KZN: Bluff, Pietermaritzburg, Hillcrest, Howick, Kloof, La Lucia, Umhlanga, Margate, Shelly Beach, Musgrave, Scottburgh, Westville.

Other Areas: Brackenfell, Tokai, Long Beach, Langebaan, Vredenburg, Somerset West, Moffet, Summerstrand, Jeffrey’s Bay, Centurion, Mayville, Norwood, Northgate.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
