**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist and guide learners in achieving their sales targets
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing necessary coaching and feedback
- Mentor and motivate learners to improve their skills and confidence
- Ensure all RICA agent sign-ups are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a positive and results-driven team environment

**Requirements**:

- Valid **driver’s license** with a minimum of **2 years’ driving experience**
- Previous experience in the **telecoms industry** (specifically RICA agent sign-ups)
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
