Job Description We are seeking a skilled Sales Team Leader to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers, as well as building and managing a successful sales team. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for driving targets, strategies, and disciplines through the team, developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans, and achieving/exceeding monthly and annual sales targets. The Sales Team Leader will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting customer relationships, partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, and effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations. The Sales Team Leader will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop leads, and close deals. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum Grade 12. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (advantageous). At least 5 years of proven industry (PABX / OA / Telco / Hardware / Connectivity) sales experience. 3–4 years management experience. Ability to communicate, present, and influence on all levels of the organization. Proven sales track record of selling in the office automation / ICT industry.
