As a Portuguese risk agent, you will have multiple responsibilities that will include reviewing online purchases, working directly with clients, and building and analyzing reports for the company. These responsibilities in turn are to assist in the evaluation and discovery of risks to the company.
- Daily reports to be completed each morning.
- Risk & Chargeback report
- Verify and review all online sales, and risk opportunities of the day before.
- Following the online risk protocol, attend to all clients that raise a suspicion of using fraudulent or stolen means to provide payment.
- Working with all clients who express interest in cancellation and try to preserve the client
- Assess high risk complaints from clients by investigating and listening to calls.
- Establish a close relationship with all departments to ensure a smooth flow and transition for client from department to department
- Monitoring the company financial goals and working with these goals to reduce chargebacks and refunds
- Investigating chargebacks and completing disputes
- Preserving our online reputation by working with clients directly and attending to social media posts
- Keep the ChB rate at their minimum,under 1% per month.The Maximum refund rate is 3% of total sales.
- All chargeback/Refunds will be investigated by the risk agent. The refunds/chargebacks will be updated with an investigation that will take place. Once an investigation is concluded, the risk agent must report to management in order to report on findings. QA will then check the folder and get the documents ready to hand over to Team leaders.
- Online reputation will be handled with utmost priority according to protocol.
- Maintaining risk reports
- Ensure proper investigations and guidance takes place.
- Listen and review of phone calls for problematic and misleading statements that occurred throughout the phone call and escalate accordingly.
