Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the City of Cape Town. The Construction Manager will oversee daily operations on construction sites, maintain project schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising staff, liaising with clients, and coordinating with other construction professionals to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Project Control
  • Experience in Budgeting and Construction Safety
  • Knowledge of Construction procedures and practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Professional certification in construction management is a plus
