**FMCG - REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - INLAND**

**Minimum requirements**:

- We’re on the lookout for an experienced Regional Field Sales Manager who will collaborate to create growth for our Clients, Customers and our Business.
- Someone who has the ability to proactively influence and manage relationships and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery and in-store execution.
- Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Building Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Negotiation, Results Driven, Sales Planning, Managing Profitability

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Computer literate (minimum Excel intermediate)
- Must have 5+ years sales experience in an FMCG or relevant environment
- Have at least 2+ years supervisory experience
- Post Graduate diploma/degree
- Valid code 8 drivers’ license and Own vehicle
