**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

DProcessing of Warranty Claims and general Service Administration

Update Warranty Reports and provide weekly feedback.

Logging and submit all Warranties to Suppliers and follow up regarding payments.

Ensure the warranty queries received from customer are resolved in 5 working days.

Assist with any other Service Administration

**Minimum Requirements**:
Minimum 3 years of catering equipment experience,

Matric

valid driver’s license

**Salary**: R16,000.00 per month
