This role is an opportunity to learn how to attract and hire high calibre talent in highly competitive markets. You'll be responsible for ensuring that Delta-v is consistently attracting and hiring high performers into our business. You'll receive extensive training, and once you're up and running in the role you'll get to contribute to our talent acquisition strategy, own our graduate recruitment program, and further develop our employer value proposition.

**About the role**

You'll be responsible for driving our talent pipeline and coordinating our end to end hiring process while supported by a CEO who's previously built a very successful recruitment agency. Your responsibilities will include attracting, sourcing, recruiting and coordinating the onboarding of top performers for Delta-v.

**Requirements**:
Essential skills and experience you’ll bring to the role:

- Past experience in recruitment & talent acquisition OR demonstrated interest in recruitment & talent acquisition
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High energy and results focussed personality
- Strong interest in the world of tech and startups
- Comfortable commuting daily to Claremont
