**Responsibilities**:
To maintain the business standard operating procedures, and performance to ensure the overall operational experience and customer service to clients.
Ensure good housekeeping and company image.
Exhaust every opportunity i.e. upsell, upgrade where necessary, sub-hire if possible.
Maintain good relationships with Suppliers and other Key national staff.
Consistently communicate challenges and solutions to Management and request assistance when necessary.
Keep on top of all aspects of day to day customer service requirements
Meet and exceed branch targets and incentives when they are required.
Manage and maximise accurate utilisation of fleet.
Ensure that all administration is done correctly and timeously.
Ensure schedules are planned effectively and efficiently, oversee and monitor this function daily. Plan and coordinate collections/deliveries over weekends, afterhours and public holidays.

**REPORTING**:

- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting (where applicable)
- Overdues
- Missing km’s
- Claims Report
- Panel shop report
- Maintenance report
- Vehicle Stock control
- Vehicle stock
- Petty cash recon
- Fuel recon

Responsible for full function of car rental processes and ensuring that company’s policies and procedures are adhered to i.e. Reservations, Terms, Queries, VRV’s, Invoicing, vehicle standards,

**Requirements**:

- **Must have at least 3+ years proven experience as a rental agent in the car rental industry**:

- **Must reside in PE/GQEBERHA**:

- Grade 12 Senior Certificate
- Valid drivers' license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent planning skills
- Organised
- Must have excellent telephonic and written communications skills in English
- Must be very presentable
- Must be able to work all hours and travel
- Must be able to work independently

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

License/Certification:

- valid for 2 years (required)
