to help us keep our 9,000-vehicle fleet performing at its peak.

About the Role

In this role, you'll review utilization and billing data across our national fleet to ensure that every vehicle is:

  • Fully utilized
    and operational
  • Accurately billed
  • Generating the right revenue

You'll work with data to uncover inefficiencies — from idle vehicles and panel shop delays to billing inconsistencies — and provide insights that directly impact operational and financial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze utilization and billing data for ~9,000 vehicles nationwide
  • Identify non-utilization trends (e.g. vehicles in maintenance, panel shops, or awaiting deployment)
  • Review billing accuracy and track revenue performance per vehicle or group
  • Flag discrepancies and collaborate with teams to improve processes
  • Compile clear, actionable reports for management review

What We're Looking For

  • Qualification or background in
    Finance, Business Analysis, Data Analytics
    , or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced
    Excel
    and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
  • Interest in the
    fleet, rental, or mobility industry
    (advantageous)
