Tytec Group is looking for a vibrant Copier Technician who is passionate about people, customer services, and being part of a dynamic office environment.

The successful individual will be responsible for, including but not limited to the following tasks:

- Service Delivery - ensuring that all calls on copiers and printers are serviced in a professional manner, attending to networking, uploading software, and maintaining functionality of hardware processing. Ensuring the target of calls is met on a daily basis. Assist in other regions if and when required.
- Working tools - booking of spares where necessary, using spares more effectively and efficiently. Routing a normal work day to be more efficient and effective in the way all calls are handled.
- Customer service - liaising and conducting service calls in a professional manner to ensure excellent customer services. Build rapport with clients to ensure a mutual and beneficial working relationship at all times.
- Adhoc duties - deliver and installation of new machines, setting up users, adding users for scan functions.
- Job knowledge - staying abreast with all changes by completing relevant courses and exams, on the job practical’s and being familiar with the relevant manuals.
Required Skills and Competencies:

- Matric or Equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in same or similar industry
- Exposure in Konica Minolta, Canon, Samsung and Kyocera equipment.
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
- Salary package is market related.
