**Customer Experience and Sales Specialist**

**Location: Randburg, South Africa**

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver an effortless customer experience by ensuring prompt and comprehensive resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, creating a positive image and managing the brand's impact on digital platforms.
- Escalate complex issues or unresolved matters in accordance with the established escalation processes.
- Generate quality leads and identify opportunities to sell and upsell products on all customer interactions.
- Retain customers upon cancellation requests.
- Conduct outbound proactive retentions campaigns.
- Interact with customers on multiple platforms (inbound voice, outbound voice, digital platforms).
- Drive customer usage by educating customers on self-service and digital service platforms.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Sales/Upselling experience is advantageous.

Qualifications:

- Matric Certificate or NQF 4 Equivalent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From R7,000.00 per month
