Do Planning of Assembly Work Packaged based on analysis and information to identify

Responsible for conducting Time Studies to determine the optimum utilization of resources

Responsible for creating Work packages and SAB as a standard procedure for performing an operation

Responsible for SERA analysis for Ergonomics assessment and improving the overall ergonomics of the working area, planning and introducing processes with mínimal or no Ergonomics impact

Responsible for Continuous Improvement and improving efficiency within the area of responsibilities. Savings equivalent to 3X annually salary per annum

Plans and co-ordinate the flow of material to the line design sequencing bins/concepts and overall line-side presentation and overall work sequence

Provide ideas for automation technology through Triologiq and LCIA to eliminate nonvalue-adding operations (Innovative thinking)

The link between Logistics and Planning department to ensure tools, equipment and parts have designated location on the lineside and overall input required for new process planning

Provide input into annual overheads/CAPEX budget planning

Achieving efficiency loading based on company expectation

Eliminate waste within the production process for maximum utilization of resources

Plans process and show overall manpower requirements within planned processes

Introduce process security measures within planned processes, configuration and hardware requirements, and communication

Project Manage the Use Case role out of Ultra-Wideband Technology in the Assembly Plant

Administrate, and attend Group CoCs and key user functions for various Assembly Plant technology systems.

Troubleshoot and solve Production critical technology promptly and implement effective solutions to ensure OEE and production targets are achieved.

Provides input into annual overheads/CAPEX budget planning

**Contractors Requirements**:
Analytical

Good writing and Verbal Communication skills

Previously involved in Project Management

Problem Solving in a timely (Speed) and efficient manner

PowerPoint, Excel, and quick to learn other systems

Previous Experience working with Ultra-Wideband Technology

Basic Programming Experience

Flexibility by taking on ad hoc tasks

Operating Independently and own initiative within the field of responsibilities

**Minimum Qualifications**:
B- Tech Industrial or Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
