The New Business Helpdesk consultant is the first point of contact for New Business’s telephonic clients and their impact on the clients shapes the experience of Life investments New Business team.
The New Business Helpdesk consultant is responsible for the servicing of client’s needs and requirements. This includes the immediate resolution of enquiries and to ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions as requested by the sales offices through their communication.

Ensuring that the highest level of client service is provided to all clients
Communicate Business requirements clearly and accurately.
Provide relevant information in an appropriate manner.
Communicate to role-players to ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions as requested by the sales offices.
Qualifications and experience
Matric / Grade 12
One-year experience in finance or investment industry advantageous
Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans
