Tasked with enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Call Centre agents within the finance team, this role aims to boost debt collection, improve data accuracy, and reduce instances of non-payments and customer churn.

**Your working hours will be from 16:00 to 01:00 South African Time**

These working hours will change with daylight savings (in our summer months) to match the hours of 7am - 4pm Eastern Standard Time

Responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the agents in the Call Centre who are part of the finance team, with the purpose of increasing debt collection, data accuracy and decreasing non-payments and customer churn.

Minimum education (essential):
National Senior Certificate & Bookkeeping Diploma

Minimum education (desirable):
Management Course

Minimum applicable experience (years):
6 years

Required nature of experience:

- Team supervision
- Debtors collection
- Customer service
- Creditors
- General bookkeeping

Skills and Knowledge (essential):

- Accounting Software (ie Pastel / Xero)
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Suite
- Debtors processes
