**Requirements**:
- A relevant professional qualification (B degree/First degree)
- At least 4 - 5 years relevant experience
- A proven track record of experience in supporting the
implementation of organisational change interventions and
conducting research into the development of programmes
targeted at influencing a positive work culture and client
centric culture
- A proven track record of supporting the development and
implementation of OD tools and methodologies, and rolling
out OD projects in order to improve employee engagement
and connectivity, and a healthy, productive workplace
- A proven track record of dispatching OD surveys to identify
areas of improvement and proposing OD programmes of
intervention
- A valid driver’s licence.
Key Performance Areas
- Contributing towards research into best practice and OD tools
targeted at improving people management practices and
enhancing employee experience of the Department
- Supporting the conceptualisation of and implementation of a
change management toolkit for the Department
- Supporting the implementation of programmes focused on
connecting and aligning employee behaviour to broader
departmental strategic objectives
- Supporting the establishment of programmes aimed at
enabling leadership effectiveness
- Supporting the development of programmes aimed at
embedding City Values into leadership and employee behaviour
- Implementing the Reward and Recognition framework for
the Directorate
- Supporting the implementation of Employee Wellness and
support programmes for the Directorate Stakeholder
- Keeping track, monitoring, and giving feedback on the impact
of OD interventions
