**Job Title: Experienced Sales Development Representative (Remote)**
**Salary: R20,000 per month + Commission**

**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a highly motivated, personable, and coachable **Sales Development Representative** to join our clients growing team. This is a full-time role focused on outbound lead generation, outreach, and booking qualified meetings for their business and clients—primarily in the software and tech space.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on the phone, enjoys learning about technical products, and is eager to grow in the world of B2B sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make daily outbound calls to generate and qualify leads
- Book high-quality virtual sales meetings for our clients
- Follow up on inbound leads to drive engagement
- Manage all activity and pipeline tracking using HubSpot
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly KPIs
- Coordinate meeting bookings and send reminders
- Complete other administrative or sales-related tasks as needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Strong telephone lead generation skills** - confident, clear, and effective on the phone
- **Proven ability to learn and follow guidance** - coachable and quick to adapt to feedback
- **Interest in social media outreach** - especially LinkedIn for professional engagement
- **Experience with technical products or services** - even basic familiarity is a plus
- **Polite, personable, and professional** - excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Requirements**:

- 3+ year of sales, lead generation, or customer-facing experience is a must
- Proven experience reaching KPI’S and sales targets
- Comfortable using CRM platforms (experience with HubSpot is a bonus)
- Excellent written and spoken English

**Hardware Requirements**:

- Own computer or laptop.
- ADSL/FIBRE internet line with a minimum of 50 Mbps.
- Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
- Anti-virus installed.
- UPS/Back-up battery for load shedding.

Pay: R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month

Work Location: Remote
