We're looking for an experienced and results-drivenSales Development Representative (SDR)totodrive B2B sales.This role is all about building a high-quality pipeline, developing relationships with decision-makers, and driving growth by connecting global businesses with skilled, remote talent.Key Responsibilities : Lead the development of outbound sales strategies in collaboration with HQ teams.Create persona-specific messaging playbooks with sales and marketing.Drive outbound prospecting, managing up to leads per day.Consistently generate at least 5 qualified meetings per month using established frameworks.Set up and hand over qualified meetings to New Business teams within group companies.Recruit, onboard, and develop new SDR team members.Performance-manage SDRs, ensuring targets for meetings, conversion rates, and activity are met.Take corrective action where KPIs are not achieved (including terminations when underperformance persists). Contribute to CRM optimization, sales automation improvements, and best-practice prospecting approaches.Qualifications : 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in staffing, offshoring, consulting, or tech.Proven success booking high-quality enterprise meetings in the UK or US markets.Strong team leadership background, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.Demonstrated ability to manage underperformance with decisiveness and fairness.Experience improving CRM systems, data management, and sales automation workflows.Expertise in account-based prospecting and multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with resilience and professionalism.Preferred Experience : A strong track record in outbound prospecting and meeting generation for enterprise accounts.Hands-on experience building and scaling SDR teams.Familiarity with sales cadences, qualification frameworks, and pipeline management.A data-driven approach to outreach, CRM usage, and sales reporting.Background working remotely for international (UK / US) companies.Knowledge of digital display, AV, IoT, or SaaS industries is a plus.SalaryR R CTC per month. #J-18808-Ljbffr
