Responsibilities include ensuring system uptime, conducting corrective maintenance, supporting installations, overseeing major works, and maintaining system documentation. **Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Pre-construction Services Support
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure systems meet operational standards.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate daily tasks within set timelines, ensuring quality control and reporting to the relevant sponsor.
- Prepare and complete daily tasks efficiently, and assist the estimating department during plan reviews.
- Define project requirements and general conditions, maintaining attention to detail and administrative accuracy, including daily and monthly reporting.
- Possess industry knowledge and understand system availability requirements, with familiarity in VMS systems like Bosch, Hikvision, Avigilon, and Cathexis.

- Sales Administration
- Responsible for all Sales under 50k with a target of 150k per month
- Process quotations for all sales requests
- Accurate records to be kept on all sales quotes given
- Forecasting and scheduling sites
- Timelines on projects
- Weekly scheduling
- Monthly schedules
- Daily scheduling for teams
- Forecast vs. actual
- Utilization of resources
- Miscellaneous
- Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to-time by management.

- Dispose of equipment in environmentally friendly manner

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12
- 5+ years of technical experience as a Technician.
- Skilled in risk management and delivering results under pressure.
- Capable of training and managing staff.
- Senior experience in the security services industry.
- Manage on-site stock and procurement.
- Basic IP skills for network and device setup.
- Proficient in fault finding and corrective actions.
