**_Requirements:_**
- _ Matric_
- _ Grade 12 plus diploma/certificate in Hospitality Industry/Tourism_
- _ 3+ years of previous experience working at the front desk_
- _ Must be vaccinated_

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- _ Responsible for ensuring that the guest experience from arrival to departure is seamless in accordance with all policies and procedures set._
- _ Ensure the highest standards are kept in guest service, cleanliness, and maintenance standards_
- _ Monitors Guest Relations employees to make sure all guests receive prompt and personal recognition_
- _ Oversee all Guest Relations processes_
- _ Assist with the employee relations processes_
- _ Able to carry out and complete all duties responsible for a Guest Relations Officer and Night Auditor_
- _ Attend morning meetings_
- _ Able to compile the roster, roster management_
- _ Set up and create training for all new recruited Guest Relations Officers_
- _ Ensure that all guest queries are taken and processed in a speedy and efficient manner_
- _ Ensure that all Guest Relations Officers adhere to the established policies and procedures of the estate_
- _ Ensure attention to detail in all tasks given_
- _ Ensure all Guest Relations Officers are trained on all aspects of the Estate_
- _ Ordering Guest Relations Officers'' uniforms_
- _ Ensure good communication and cooperation between the front office department and other departments_
- _ Read all reservation correspondence prior to the guest''s arrival to understand the needs and wants of the guests_
- _ Work closely with Housekeeping to ensure that the correct number of lodges are available and all incoming guests requirements are met_
- _ Roster management_
- _ Communicate to management concerned, movement of guests, and guest comments._
