**Requirements**:

- ** Have a CargoWise Certified Operator or Certified Specialist qualification**:

- Detailed understanding of how a WMS is being used
- Understand situations which may arise out of user errors
- Sound knowledge of Inventory management, inbound and outbound activities
- Excellent change management skills
- Understanding of what the potential impact of changing a process or deviating from a process could be
- Understand operational and technical aspects of a job
- Sound knowledge of snap shots, integrations and how to troubleshoot deviations such as issues with file transmissions, snapshot variances
- Ability to keep detailed facts and data around issues, together with corrective measures which includes user training
- Become the champion of the WMS and ensure quality assurance in making sure that the system is supporting the business as designed
- Unpack features from the WMS, test functionality, train users and implement after conducting a feasibility study
