Our client, one of Africa’s leading suppliers of Diagnostic Radiography Systems based in Pinetown (KZN) are looking to recruit a **Diagnostic Radiography Sales Representative.**

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Writing of proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Follow up with clients for feedback on submitted proposals and tenders.
- Research new business leads in this domain and other market research.
- Conduct frequent visits to current and prospective clients within a regularly scheduled call cycle.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities

**Requirements (Knowledge, skills, and abilities)**
- Customer focus - willingness to respond to the needs of customers.
- Understanding of consultative selling strategies.
- Strong medical background.
- Knowledge of radiology, modalities, and diagnostic procedures.
- Excellent problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Result driven - willingness to respond to the needs of customers.
- Effective time management.
- Business Acumen - The ability to identify business opportunities and successful manage commercial risks.
- Valid Drivers’ license.
- Own reliable vehicle, and ability to travel.
- After hours work may be required.

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Bachelor of Science (Microbiology and Genetics) or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- +4 Years Medical Sales Experience
- Experience in writing quotations and proposals
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both oral and written and the ability to communicate effectively with members of varying professionals
