Overview We're looking for a creative and motivated Junior Marketing Manager to join our team at V&S a leading SaaS company building branded ordering and management platforms across retail, catering, and hospitality. Our technology powers hundreds of branded apps and digital solutions used daily across Africa, and we're looking for someone who can help elevate our brand presence across web, social, and media. The Role This role is ideal for someone hands-on, organised, and excited about bringing marketing ideas to life. You'll take ownership of day-to-day marketing activities across our own branded apps, from content creation and social media management to supporting the sales team with effective marketing materials and campaigns. Key Responsibilities Manage and design content for social media accounts across our branded platforms. Plan, schedule, and execute posts that align with brand tone and audience engagement goals. Work closely with the Sales team to ensure they have up-to-date sales tools, presentations, and collateral. Assist with website updates, digital campaigns, and online brand presence. Identify and explore new marketing opportunities through PR, digital partnerships, and online growth initiatives. Track performance metrics and report on marketing activities. Work closely with the development team to identify new products to market. We're looking for someone who Has 2–4 years of marketing experience (preferably in SaaS, tech, or consumer brands). Is confident with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Understands how to drive engagement on social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). Has excellent communication and project management skills. Enjoys working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
