We are seeking an experienced, RICS qualified Plant and Equipment Valuer to join our team.

**Your New Role**

We are offering a contract or salary-based fully remote opportunity for a motivated and experienced remote Plant and Equipment Valuer. As a valued team member, you will have the autonomy to manage your own work schedule and tasks. You will play a key role in valuing a wide range of plant and equipment assets across various industries. The valuations are either completed as desktop or inspected by a suitably trained team member.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct valuations across a diverse range of plant and equipment assets, including machinery, vehicles, and specialised equipment in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
- Utilise provided templates to research, analyse, and document plant and equipment valuations.
- Collaborate with the team on complex valuation projects and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide accurate and timely valuation reports to clients.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:

- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plant and Machinery Valuer.
- Be registered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Possess excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Have strong communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
