Requirements
- Relevant Bdegree in Property Studies or Legal field
- Minimum 2 - 5 years’ relevant experience in Property
- Knowledge of local government legislation and policies
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Sound knowledge of contract law
- Good written and verbal communication, negotiation, public

relations and conflict resolution skills
- Valid B/EB Driver’s licence

Key Performance Areas
- Execute the acquisition of immovable property and rights in

immovable.
- Facilitate and implement the allocation all relevant resources

within the allocated section/function.
- Execute the administration of the allocated section, by proper

record keeping for good financial management and progress

reporting and ensure compliance with good governance

principles and regulations.
- Financial management and control.
- Departmental communication, ensure adequate service delivery

through efficient workflow.
- Provide immovable property related advice.
