in respect of the City’s staffing requirements.
- To provide specialist advice, guidance and support to all

components of the staffing value chain ensuring a
comprehensive and integrated service to all stakeholders.
- To assist in conducting research and benchmarking of best

practices in the staffing environment to ensure a centre of
excellence approach in the department
