**Key Responsibilities**:
- Technical expertise to administer & design more complex scenarios across a variety of SaaS platforms:
- Technical Guidance related to development, integration, authentication, and administration across NTT’s Sales Enablement platform hosted on Highspot.
- Co-ordination with cross-functional I&T teams regarding change management, risk impact assessments, and/or any custom developed solution requirements.
- Ability to implement and/or adhere to Content Management (CMS) Lifecycle - Office 365 SharePoint Online, as well as their potential integrations across any Sales systems of engagement when needed.
- Implement Migration across any Sales platforms as needed, covering CDNs/ Digital Asset Management (DAM)-based solutions - e.g., MediaValet.
- Technical integration support across Marketing-related solutions e.g., Account-based Marketing platforms (ABM) - Terminus.
- Provide 2nd line support to the 1st line support team, managing daily support issues or escalations where needed. (Adherence to OLAs (Operational Level Agreements) & SLAs (Service Level Agreements) within Service now)
- Technical expertise to develop innovative solutions, and/or API integrations within the above-mentioned platforms, notably to support the business requirements of our Sales Enablement initiatives.
- Demonstrate effective cadence & participation across project workshops and planning sessions, as-and-when needed.
- Interpret client requirements and translate these into system & solution requirements and specifications.
- Demonstrates solid understanding & discipline of infrastructure design standards, documentation and post-deployment operations, and adherence to standards of implementation & governance.
- Contribute to all Project Management assigned tasks in a timely fashion (e.g., scope of work (SOW) documents, bill of material (BOM), planning, milestones, risks, assumptions/ constraints, and dependencies).
**Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience required.
- Ability working with clients and business teams to create client-orientated solutions and services.
- Gather and fully understand all client requirements and specifications.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies with ease.
- Demonstrate a disciplined, proactive mindset in their approach to work.
- Experienced in working with Kanban, providing timely status updates.
- Experienced in the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework for the Enterprise) Agile methodology.
- Experienced in consulting with senior regional and global business stakeholders.
- Excellent oral & written communication.
- Relevant technical certifications for CMS, CRM, ABM etc. (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint - both advantageous).
