Our client who is a world market leader in global marketing and procurement is seeking an experienced **Account Manager** to join their growing customer service team.

The Account Manager is the point of contact for their customers. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their clients, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client.

The Account Manager will collaborate closely with the internal departments to execute their role. The Account Managers primary goal is to provide excellent customer service and ensure high customer retention.

**Account Manager Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Management, Account Management, or similar role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Ability to multitask, and manage more than one customer account
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
- Ability to prioritize,be organised and manage time efficiently.
- Goal-oriented and team player.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Must be a listener and a people-person.
- Strong ability to follow-through on clients needs and requests.

**Account Manager Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value and service offerings.
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between customers and the company.
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer / user experience, by having a solid understanding of company systems and processes.
- Management of customer online stores which includes product, aesthetics etc.
- Maintaining an updated database of customers' contact details.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Working with internal departments ie: creative, logistics and production teams that are dedicated to the same customer account, to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs and deadlines are met.
- Sourcing products and putting proposals together for various campaigns, relevant to customers needs.
- Maximising profit by up-selling or cross-selling and implementing campaigns.
- Harvesting existing customer relationships to increase sales.

**Salary is market related depending on experience**

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales, Management, Account Management: 2 years (required)
