**ROLE MISSION**

Working in partnership with our client, the Account Manager will create strong relationships with clients and to help them achieve their marketing goals. If you are used to working on multiple client portfolios across various mediums, you can think strategically, understand design and production and can comfortably 'interrogate' a client to extract all the information required to compile an accurate brief - then please read on

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE**
- The management and implementation of campaigns and related events across a number of accounts,
- Managing workflow and quality of output of their own work as well as of junior members of the account management team (interns, account executives and senior account executives)
- Provide support to the senior account managers and account directors
- Deliver timeously on all tasks required and to manage expectations regarding deliverables
- Expected to build excellent relationships with the Dialogue team, clients and suppliers

**WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL**
- Min three+ years agency experience
- Account management experience with strong client service skills
- Ability to plan, organise and control workflows
- Reporting to a senior account manager, account director and managing partner
