**Job Title**: Coordinator - Investor Relations **Purpose of the Job** Support the Head of Strategy, ESG and Investor Relations The Investor Relations & Integrated annual reporting Coordinator plays a central role in enabling cross-functional collaboration to support the team. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with both investors and analysts, while also building internal relationships across the company This role involves assisting in the preparation of investor communications, coordinating events, and maintaining the investor database, as well as the project management of the Integrated Annual report/reporting suite. Managing the project lifecycle of the company’s Integrated Annual Report (IAR), ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners, enabling the production of an accurate, cohesive, and compliant report that reflects the company’s financial, social, and environmental performance The role requires strong communication skills, accurate, consistent, and timely information flow and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as organizing events to enhance the company's visibility in the investment community. **Reporting Manager** Investor Relations Manager **Key Performance Areas** **Annual Investor Relations calendar** - Manage the annual Investor Relations calendar - Expertise in planning events to broaden investor engagement opportunities both locally and offshore (conferences, site visits, roadshows, earnings calls, etc.) **Administration** - Log all investor interaction on the Investor Relations database. Assist with presentation layout and collation of information from various departments for results, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors - Manages the investor relations page of the company website. - Assist with the preparation of documentation for results, press releases, capital markets days and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors. - Review the results presentation and other results documentation with a focus on language and style - Demonstrate commitment to continuously improving the investor relations and reporting processes by staying updated on best practices, seeking feedback, and implementing process improvements **Integrated Annual Report** - Project management: oversee the end-to-end project management of the Integrated Annual Report (IAR), ensuring all timelines are met and that the report aligns with company objectives and regulatory requirements. - Content coordination: collect, verify, and organise content from various departments to provide a holistic view of the company’s performance. - Stakeholder engagement: collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to gather input and ensure alignment on messaging, objectives, and data accuracy. - Compliance & reporting standards: ensure the IAR adheres to the King IV governance guidelines, and JSE Listing Requirements - Quality control: conduct thorough reviews of the report for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, coordinating with writers and design teams to ensure the final product meets high standards of professionalism and transparency. - External supplier management: coordinate with external suppliers to ensure effective communication and adherence to deadlines and budget. - Trend monitoring: stay updated on reporting best practices, ESG trends, and changes in reporting standards to continuously improve the quality and relevance of the IAR **Knowledge** - Knowledge of financial markets - Integrated reporting experience - manage communications with the investment community and enhance the company’s reporting practices. **Job Specific Skills** - Strong problem-solving skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to oversee and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and events. **Competencies** - Expertise with software platforms (such as excel, PowerPoint, adobe and CRM systems like Nasdaq) for efficient tracking, data management, and reporting - Analytical - Attention to detail - Deadline driven - The ability to influence and build relationships with a range of stakeholders - Ability to work collaboratively and effectively engage with senior leadership, various stakeholders including leadership, investors and board members. - Hands-on / pragmatic / "can-do" mentality - Entrepreneurial mindset - High level of independence - Ability to work under pressure - Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility for deliverables - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks - Ability to operate with limited supervision **Experience** - Minimum 5 years in investor relations, corporate communications, or reporting within a
