**Responsibilities**:
As the Coffee Shop Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive atmosphere in the cafe.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the seating area, brewing stations, and restrooms.
- Managing inventory and placing orders for coffee, beverages, food, and other supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Developing and implementing staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage during peak hours and special events.
- Overseeing the training and professional development of staff members to enhance their knowledge and customer service skills.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food and beverage preparation and delivery.
- Implementing marketing strategies and promotions to attract and retain customers, driving sales and enhancing brand awareness.
- Handling customer feedback and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Managing financial aspects of the cafe, including cash handling, expense tracking, and reporting.
- Maintaining equipment in good working condition and coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should have:

- Previous experience in cafe or restaurant management, with a passion for coffee and customer service.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage staff, schedules, and cafe operations effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for interacting with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail to maintain cleanliness, aesthetics, and quality in the cafe.
- Proficiency in using basic computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
