**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage staff, including shift planning, training, and performance management.
- Oversee daily production to ensure deadlines, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with production departments to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain equipment in collaboration with maintenance dept.
- Provide technical advice, hands-on support, and apprentice training.
- Ensure effective housekeeping, safety, and compliance with health and safety as well as quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through new systems and process enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years’ experience** in a litho printing managerial or supervisory role.
- **Relevant lithographic qualification and technical expertise**.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and quality control skills.
- Quick Easy Knowledge preferable
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
- Hands-on experience with press setup and FSC requirements.
