**Sales & Reservations Executive**
The ultra-luxury brand has some of the world’s most breathtaking sanctuaries for unforgettable experiences - including one of the most exclusive private islands in the world. The collection of unique retreats are chosen for their beautiful locations and magnificent surroundings with each offering a sense of fun, style, luxury and exceptional personal service.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of two days per week in the office, which is in Rivonia, where our office team works. Travel will be required on ad hoc occasions.
The official office hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday however you would be required to work adhoc weekends and public holidays. Time off in lieu would be
given for working ‘out of office’ hours.
The Sales & Reservations Executive will undertake reservations activities, specifically focusing on properties located in Southern and East Africa.
To be considered for this role, you must have the right to work in the SA.
Here’s what you need in your tool kit:
**Qualifications/ Experience**
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent command of the English language
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar appointment with specific
reservations experience in lodges and/or booking East Africa.
Excellent inter-personal skills

**What’s the gig?**
Here’s what you’d do:
The role of the Sales & Reservations Executive will be to undertake reservations of South and East African properties with the following key responsibilities:
Logging and responding to enquiries and making reservations
Ultra luxurious World Class
Game Lodge Mpumalanga
Exquisite world class Hotel in Cape Town
Breathtaking Retreat - Game Lodge Kenya
Ensure reservations are handled in accordance with company minimum standards for turnaround/confirmation and follow up
Issuing invoices, chasing and receipting payments for reservations
To book internal flights and road transfers for guests as required and other ad-hoc 3rd party services.

Permanent Employment (Subject to 3-month probation)
**Salary R 22 000**
Hybrid working: at least 2 days per week in our Rivonia office
