**Overview of the Role** The Virtual Sales Specialist will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual goals by selling through the online channel using online and telephone engagements. The Specialist will build and maintain direct relationships with customers and will work closely with various Partnership team members from Samsung and the MNO to ensure smooth activation processes and excellent customer service. **Role and Responsibilities** - Channel Relationship Management: Responsible for developing relationships with the Samsung channel owners to drive the sales process (demand generation through to opportunity closure) - Understand the addressable market. Utilise knowledge of online channel management which will include sales campaigns and promotions, in accordance with the sales strategy - Develop strategies identifying customer’s needs and how to meet or exceed sales quota including offering solutions to enable revenue growth - Position "end to end" solutions to customers and to take total ownership of activations process - Provide 1st level support and escalate 2nd level and 3rd level support to customer services **Minimum Requirements** - 3 years of B2C sales experience, preferably in a fast-moving online sales environment - Advanced channel relationship skills with proven sales record - Strong sales skills: account planning, cold calling, SWOT analysis, upselling, cross-selling, forecast accuracy - Objective orientated. Consistent achievement of sales quotas and forecasted revenue targets - Strong communication, negotiation, business acumen and presentation skills - Strong planning and organisational skills - Experience working with online sales channels owners, technical divisions, and operational resources to create sales strategies and execute goals - Strong relationship management, planning and process driven - Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet deadlines Role Complexity - Combination of client experience - post activation support - Quality assessment and compliance - Good technical mobile and handset understanding - Professional writing and communication - Analytical and logical - Product knowledge Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Management - Establish and build relationships with all relevant client contacts and internal stakeholders - Align service delivery to client requirements through a formalized and structured approach - Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate processes alignment - Ensure customer needs and requirements are satisfied through consistent and accurate service delivery - Adopt a proactive approach to prevent problems from arising - Pro-actively raise and escalate challenges impacting on timeous resolution of queries/requests **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
