Client Relations and Operational Assistant

**You’re perfect for this position if you**:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, financial, operations management or related field
- Have previous experience dealing with customers
- Are structured, diligent and proactive with a strong ability to problem solve
- Are methodical, patient and reliable, with strong attention to detail
- Have great organisational skills and work well in a high-pressure environment
- Possess a passion for surpassing expectations
- Have an excellent command of the English language
- Are able to engage professionally with international clients both telephonically and through written communication
- Are computer literate, particularly in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Have previous experience working in the foreign exchange and online payments space
**Your role and responsibilities**:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with new inquiries to the business, adeptly converting them into enthusiastic users of Sable Global Forex’s services
- Implementing and maintaining an efficient client process flow
- Managing an active, central client mailbox
- Reviewing registration documents from clients and liaising with clients to ensure the documentation submitted is compliant in accordance with our regulatory obligations
- Managing system-generated workflows and client information via our CRM system - ensuring it is updated as per client’s records, documents and communication
- Managing client retention through delivering great customer service
- Assisting a team of brokers with their daily functions
- Managing and maintaining relationships with introducers and reporting on their lead flow
- Supporting management by reviewing, expanding, implementing and monitoring systems and policies
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues, different product providers, introducers, banks and clients
