- Answering and managing the switchboard.
- Transferring calls to the relevant departments as well as taking detailed messages and giving it to the relevant departments.
- Ordering globe flight flyers and waybills.
- Ordering of Company refreshments and groceries as well as stationery for the Office.
- Reconciling and managing the petty cash.
- Monitoring and recording all petty cash sales for the Accounts Department.
- Assisting with booking car rentals for the Sales Staff, as well as other arrangements required.
- Handling and organising all Company functions from time to time.
- Planning year-end functions for the Company as well as setting up the meeting room for meetings and conferences.
- Requesting quotations and preparing yearly calendar and desk pad list for employees.
- Preparing and sending weekly invoices, delivery notes, local purchases and documentation to Durban.
- Booking and maintaining training records.
- Maintaining Office printers and scanners.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Grade 12.
- Previous experience having worked as a Receptionist or Office Administrator managing the Reception as well as all office administration for Senior Management is essential.
