**Position: SKILLS SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST**

**Contract type: PERMANENT**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar industry
- Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position

**Inherent requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (intermediate level)
- Relevant Tertiary qualification
- Previous sales experience within the Agricultural sector is

**Preferred requirements**: advantageous
- Prior attendance of formal sales training courses

**Sales**
- Contribute towards and drive sales strategy to increase revenue and

profit within the Agricultural Sector **Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes andconcerns and advise them of the best training solution for their needsDuties and responsibilities: Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance on the best training solution for their needs**
- Negotiate contracts and packages within the Company’s parameters for Gross Profit (GP)
- Build business by identifying and selling the Company's portfolio of training solutions
- Meet and exceed targets in line with the business units’ strategy and budget

**People Management**
- Lead culture in line with the organisation’s EVP
- Continuously develop own B-BBEE, product, industry and Company knowledge and share with the team
- Work with cross functional teams including Finance, Marketing and

Operations

**Customers**
- Ensure customer retention by servicing and visiting existing clients with the aim to extend and explore potential new business
- Cultivate and maintain relationships among business partners, clients and consultants
- Building of client base within the Agricultural sector

**Marketing**
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and the Company’s marketing strategy: o Relationship marketing o Experiential marketing o Commercial marketing
- Resourcefulness and creative problem solving
- Ability to collect, gather and analyse data and present concise actionable results
- Ability to work independently

**Character traits**:

- Ability to perform different tasks simultaneously
- Ability to remain self-motivated
- Ability to see tasks and projects through to completion
- Ability to work at a fast pace and to deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
