HubSpot Solutions Specialist
to
join our client's team.
What You'll Be Doing
As a
HubSpot Specialist
, you'll collaborate with internal account and digital teams to deliver measurable success for both clients and internal programmes. You'll bring a hands-on approach to portal setup, integration and optimisation—while growing into a strategic and consultative leader within the broader RevOps ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute HubSpot implementation and integration projects across Sales, Marketing, Service, CMS and Operations Hubs.
Evaluate clients' tech stacks, design onboarding strategies and deliver tailored HubSpot solutions that align with business goals.
Serve as the primary HubSpot advisor to clients—providing consultation, guidance and technical expertise.
Create and maintain custom workflows, templates, reports and automation to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Manage system discovery, configuration, data migration and training for stakeholders.
Oversee data integrity and quality, ensuring accurate synchronisation across platforms.
Support the Digital Transformation team with integration, QA and reporting deliverables.
Proactively identify opportunities for optimisation and process improvement.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM, proficient across at least two or more Hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, CMS, Operations/Data).
2-4 years in a technical pre-sales, solutions consultant, or implementation role, ideally within a SaaS or digital agency.
Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent client projects.
Strong understanding of sales pipelines, marketing automation, forecasting and analytics.
Skilled in multi-channel campaign execution and lifecycle optimisation.
Experience building and maintaining client relationships through transparency and delivery excellence.
Proven track record in HubSpot configuration, automation and API integrations.
Knowledge of CRM strategy, lead lifecycle management, and sales/marketing funnels.
Proficiency with data management, object associations, and architecture planning.
Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Netsuite, QuickBooks).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for testing, QA and data reconciliation.
HubSpot certifications (Solutions Partner, Inbound Marketing, etc.) are highly desirable.
