**Minimum Requirements**:

- NATIONAL DIPLOMA

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Coordinate** Export** orders (from inception to dispatching and up to customers)**
- Create PFI invoices into GTS and follow entire process until delivery point.
- Complete documentation and despatch to Transport Company.
- Coordinator logístical function with transporters for collection orders on time.
- Manage sales GRN and daily sales cube/report management.
- Ensure compliance for all modes of transport.

**C**oordinate supply chain activities.**
- Coordinate transport and loading of trucks and containers within the time plan
- Collaborate with Supply Planner to avoid shortages/high stock.
- Coordinate logístical services between Clover branches and external Distribution Centres.
- Interact with Services providers to have a loading plan in advance.

**Ensure compliance with Export and veterinary legislation.**
- Check that clients and transporters provide proof of export documentation according to VAT Act.
- File export documentation according to SABS requirements.
- Coordinate movement certificates and veterinary export certificates required by importing countries.
- Coordinate with Distribution Centres for veterinary inspection and sealing of trucks by state vets.

**Manage Export functions at Clover’s Distribution Centres.**
- Ensure correct procedures are adhered to with the loading of all export shipments at the various Distribution Centre’s for all modes of transport.
- Follow stock availability and position per Distribution Centre.

**Perform all administrative duties.**
- Submit credit notes for approval.
- Coordinate payments and invoices for veterinary inspections on behalf of Clover.
- Handle queries from the debtors for transporters.
- Control and ensure the updating of the compliance.
- Manage the updating of filling/data/records/systems etc.

**Support Sales in Export Countries.**
- Analysing of output sales per country per store.
- Analysing of output bases sales per product item.
- Building activity plans based on output sales in driving volume growth.
- Open and faster communication related to orders in transit.
- Explore synergies and opportunities to reduce freight cost.

**Manage staff.**
- Ensure optimal utilisation of staff.
- Train and develop staff.
- Conduct meetings and ensure effective communication with all.
- Establish continuous improvement practices.
- Liaise and communicate with management in all departments.
- Set objectives, manage and measure performance of subordinates.
