**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, deliver, and lead all influencer marketing strategies
- Ensure that brand values are driven through influencer and creator channels
- Work with teams to identify and recruit relevant influencers and partners
- Manage the onboarding of content creators and platforms in line with overall marketing goals
- Ownership of monthly/campaign influencer budgets
- Manage end to end influencer process
- Creative conceptualization of all influencer campaigns, aligned to the brand strategy
- Identify key growth areas within influencer marketing
- Co-ordinate internal strategy, creative, and media teams for seamless operations in content

creation, publishing, and promoting
- Ensure communication alignment with brand’s social media playbook

**Experience, Skills, and Qualities Required**:

- ** **5+ years of experience in influencer marketing - preferably in an influencer marketing agency
- Experience working with global and local brands in social media and influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and influencer content
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms paid media, rules, and regulations, and content

moderation
- Experience with a social management system/tool
- Experience in team management and development
- Demonstrated financial business acumen and track record of successful campaigns
- Makes the complex seem simple by using intelligence, natural intuition, research, and data
- Track record of developing deep consumer understandings, strategic insights, and innovative ideas

for brands
- Strong end to end influencer marketing experience
- Strong influencer strategy experience
- Understanding and experience in managing a large budget
- Senior stakeholder management
