Helps to resolve customer problems and arranges factory support when the dealership's resources are all used up.
- Ensures that brand-new cars are delivered in optimal condition.
- Helps with the delivery of both new and old cars, making sure that each client is aware of the specifics of their warranty, the maintenance plan, and how to utilize the features of the car—especially the safety ones—correctly.
- Explains the locations and operating hours of the parts and service departments.
- Arranges for client follow-up initiatives.
- Collaborates with sales representatives to guarantee that updated client files are maintained and that follow-up calls are made to customers within 48 hours after delivery.
- Plans and arranges maintenance appointments for new clients with mechanical issues. reaches out to all parties again after the repairs are finished.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- After Sales Customer Relations: 4 years (preferred)
