This pivotal role focuses on developing new business and strategically expanding existing accounts in the accessory market.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related fieldA proven sales professional with 10-15 years of experience selling parts within the Automotive Accessory Market (OEM or Independent Aftermarket)A strategic hunter, skilled in identifying new opportunities, leading the RFQ process, and closing complex dealsPossesses strong commercial acumen, with expertise in negotiations, financial management, and market analysisWillingness to travel domestically and internationally (25-35%).Advantageous: Technical knowledge of automotive electronics (e.g., wiring harnesses, ECUs, lighting); Engineering background; Multilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, German, Mandarin)Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targetsIdentify and secure new clients while growing existing account portfoliosLead the end-to-end RFQ process, from initiation to proposal submissionManage key customer relationships and act as the primary internal customer advocateAnalyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
