**A frontrunner in the heavy commercial vehicle industry is looking for a Technical Advisor Cross Border to be accountable for the entire spectrum of technical resource delivery to cross border clients and service providers. Head office based in the East Rand.**

- **Matric**

- **Qualified Diesel Technician**

- **Must be well travelled into Africa**

- **Code 14 license essential**
***

**Responsibilities**:

- **Support cross border customers & dealers with technical assistance that includes**
***:

- **Technical training**
***:

- **Break down assistance**
***:

- **Quarterly visits to neighbouring countries to carry out TQC and fleet customer visits**
***:

- **Provide clear and concise information to the customers and technical teams**
***:

- **Assist with warranty processes**
***:

- **Manage costs**
***
